1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, please allow extra time for your delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days (additional cost)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional cost)
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Pagan & Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pagan & Co. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damages
Pagan & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer shipping outside the U.S.
8. Changes to This Policy
Pagan & Co. reserves the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
